Wanlyn

Wanlyn
Research Partner

With a B.A (Hons) in Southeast Asian Studies from the National University of Singapore, Wan Lyn  envisioned becoming an archaeologist but instead of digging up artefacts, she stumbled into market research and started digging up insights, making sense of data to piece together consumer stories.

Her career journey began with The Research Pacific Group, where she became a certified market researcher by The University of Georgia. Discovering her flair for qualitative research, she continued to grow her qualitative skillsets with Firefly Millward Brown, where she spent almost 3 years based in the Shanghai office. Having earned her accreditation as Unilever Accredited Moderator, Wan Lyn had the opportunity to build great brands across categories with the FMCG giant.

Wan Lyn sees herself as a Lego piece  – not just having a single role/function in one agency, rather having the flexibility to be plugged into any organisation when the need arises, adding on as a supportive and creative build to address any business challenges.

Kris

Kristabelle
Design Partner

Kristabelle’s journey in design began with a childhood fascination for her brother's Lego creations, igniting a lifelong passion for art and design. After earning a diploma in Industrial Product Design from Temasek Polytechnic, she sharpened her skills as a graphic designer at EggCreatives. There, she impressed clients like Citibank, DBS, Ho Bee Group, and the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry with her keen eye for branding, print, and publication design.

With over a decade of graphic design experience, Kristabelle expanded her expertise by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Murdoch University, gaining insights into human behavior and organizational well-being.

Kristabelle then advanced to the management team as an Account Manager, enhancing client-designer relationships and service experiences. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, she founded her own online patisserie, Kristabelle Bakes (K/B). She developed the brand, managed marketing campaigns, and crafted delightful treats to brighten her customers’ days.

In essence, Kristabelle seamlessly blends her love for design, psychology, and baking into a multifaceted career.
